Educational Qualification :

For Human Resource Officer : Graduate in any discipline with two years full-time regular course leading to Post Graduate Diploma / Masters Degree in Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / Master of Social Work / Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent with specialization in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare / Human Resources with not less than 60% mark in aggregate of all Semesters / Years.

For Engineer : First class Degree in Engineering in relevant discipline.

Age Limit : Maximum age limit is 30 years (as on 31.07.2017)

Age Relaxation :  For SC/ST Candidates 5 years For OBC Candidates 3 years For PWD Candidates 10 years

Job Location : Kolkata (West Bengal)
